The web has gone Girl Talk crazy. No, not for that strange weekly magazine once so loved by young teens in the UK, but for mash-up artist extraordinaire Gregg Gillis.
He’s released a new album All Day on Illegal Art, and since it’s his first new material for two years, people are suitably excited. Now, Gillis himself has listed every sample used here. But just how fun is reading through a big long list of titles?
Software developer Travis McLeskey has built All Day Samples to help you visualise which samples are being used at at one time while also streaming the entire album. Each time a new track is used, a corresponding box reveals the source based on data from Wikipedia.  He also did the same with Girl Talk’s last album, Feed the Animals.
